The Belmont Arts and Cultural Center is a non-profit, working arts organization providing and promoting social, economic, and cultural enrichment of our community through creative arts.  The Belmont seeks to provide an environment for the enjoyable experimentation and development of new works in a variety of mediums. By providing a place, equipment, knowledgeable instruction and a safe environment, the Belmont enables artists to grow though their art and the Belmont experience.  This is what we are about, it is our mission.
